1. Where we deliver
We ship from Delhi to serviceable PIN codes across India. If your PIN code is not serviceable we inform you before dispatch and refund any prepaid amount in full.
2. Dispatch and delivery time
- Dispatch: within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
- Metro cities: usually 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Rest of India: usually 4–8 business days
- Remote areas and North-East: up to 10 business days
3. Tracking
Courier name and tracking number are shared on WhatsApp after dispatch.
4. Payment
All orders are prepaid through secure online payment (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). Cash on Delivery is not available.
5. Bulk orders
