These Terms govern your use of reliableintegrated.com and purchases from Reliable Integrated Security Solutions Private Limited (CIN U31908DL2013PTC257441, GSTIN 07AAGCR5814E1ZH), Sunder Block, Shakarpur, New Delhi – 110092 (“we”, “us”). By using this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
2. Products and prices
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless stated. Images are illustrations; actual packaging may vary. The price shown when you pay is the price you are charged.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed only after full payment is received through our payment gateway. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the address is unserviceable or we suspect fraud; in that case the full amount is refunded.
4. Payments
All orders are prepaid. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator, using UPI, debit or credit cards, net banking or wallets. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or OTP, and we never ask for them.
5. Invoices
A GST invoice is issued for every order. Share your GSTIN for a B2B invoice.
6. Shipping and returns
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy; cancellations and refunds by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Safe use
Safety equipment reduces risk but does not eliminate it. Use every product as per the manufacturer's instructions and applicable safety rules. Replace helmets and harnesses after any impact or fall. Fire blankets are for small fires only — in an emergency call 112. Warranties, where applicable, are provided by the manufacturer.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses or misuse of products.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, design, graphics and logo, belongs to us and may not be copied without permission.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
